Stingray is a new Magazine Theme for Drupal 6.x powered sites. It includes a animated Dynamic Display Block module featured at homepage. Additionally, there are two more feature blocks positioned to the right of the Dynamic Display Block that allow you to highlight even more of your top content.

Once the theme is setup, it would be much easier to showcase your featured content – when creating your article, simply tag each article you want to have appear in the block using the Taxonomy module. The Views module will do the rest.
